Can I shop inside? Yes. In-store shopping will be limited, so there could be a wait on busy days.
Do I need to wear a mask? Yes, we still require masks when interacting with staff both inside and outside.
How can I test ride a bike? Test rides are taking place outside—please dress for the weather conditions
I need my bike repaired—what is the process? Both minor repairs and scheduled repair pickup/dropoff are still being done outside. Look for the tent labeled “Repair Drop Off” and ring the bell if you are not greeted by staff.
Is contactless pickup still an option? Yes, Please call or ring the bell outside and wait for assistance.
