Our commitment to customer service and safety are our top priority.

Both MLK and Belmont showrooms remain closed to customers. Our stores are too crowded with inventory and staff to allow safe shopping. We encourage you to browse and buy online, reach us by phone, or email info@rivercitybicycles.com. Thank you for wearing a mask while interacting with our staff. 

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding—we are all working very hard to help you as quickly and safely as we can.

COMMON QUESTIONS:

Are you offering curbside pickup? Yes. You will see our tents and staff in the parking lot of MLK store and on 6th street at the Belmont store.

Are you repairing bikes? Yes, by appointment only. A cleaning and disinfecting fee of $10 is required for staff safety (bonus-your bike is now clean!). Please call or email the service department to help diagnose and setup an appointment.

Can I test ride a bike? Yes, by appointment. Please call to speak with a salesperson.

When will my online order be ready for pickup? In-stock parts, accessories, and clothing currently take up to 24 hours to process, pick, and have ready for curbside pickup. Bicycles requiring assembly can take 7-10 days to be completed due to high demand right now.
