Our commitment to customer service and safety are our top priority.

We are open for business, however both MLK and Belmont showrooms remain closed to customers. We bring products (including bikes) outside under our tents for you to shop. We encourage you to browse and buy online, reach us by phone, or email Thank you for wearing a mask while interacting with our staff.

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding—we are all working very hard to help you as quickly and safely as we can.

Are you offering curbside pickup? Yes. You will see our tents and staff in the parking lot of MLK store and on 6th street at the Belmont store.

Are you repairing bikes? Yes, by appointment only. A cleaning and disinfecting fee of $10 is required for staff safety (bonus-your bike is now clean!). Please call or email the service department to help diagnose and setup an appointment.

Can I test ride a bike? Yes—Please call to speak with a salesperson before coming down to confirm availability.

Can I try on clothing, shoes, and helmets? Absolutely—we still have an amazing selection. Simply tell us what you are looking for and we can bring it out for you. We do not have changing rooms in the parking lot so consider wearing a fitted layer to try on over.

When will my online order be ready for pickup? In-stock parts, accessories, and clothing currently take up to 24 hours to process, pick, and have ready for curbside pickup. Bicycles requiring assembly can take 5-7 days to be completed due to high demand right now.

What is your return policy? Please see our return policies page.

If you have questions about any of these policies, please call or email.

We know that bicycles are a vital component for transportation, as well as our mental and physical well-being. We now also know that social distancing and limited gathering sizes are critical steps to limiting exposure and spreading this virus. We will continue to monitor and follow the guidelines set by federal and state agencies.

On behalf of our staff of over 70 people and their families, we truly appreciate your support, business, and understanding during these times.
