We’ve had the benefit of designing the new Mudhugger EVO around the latest FOX 36 and 38’s and Rockshox ZEB (not compatible with 38mm offset ZEB) and new Domain to avoid the problem of the crown hitting the mudguard at full compression that other mudguards suffer from (adapter bracket required for ZEB) but still compatible with older (2017 onwards) FOX forks 34 and 36 (including Fox/Marzocchi) which have bolt holes. *not compatible with Marzocchi Bomber Z2 (no bolt holes in fork brace). For 2022 onwards Fox 34 you'll need to use the Quick Fit Kit For Front EVO Mudhugger kit as the fork brace is hollow and the bolts have very little to tighten to. Sadly the Fox 34 stepcast fork is too narrow to accept the EVO Mudhugger. Also compatible with Ohlins RXF and DH forks (adapter bracket required). Compatible with RS RECON GOLD & SLIVER 35. Use the angle adjuster shim included in the default fitting kit along with the 6mm bolt (sold seperately) see link above. PLEASE NOTE - For all Downhill forks (not compatible with older 650b FOX 40's) we have the Quick Fit Kit For Front EVO Mudhugger which are used to brace the Hugger in the wider DH forks. You will still need to order the seperate adapter for Ohlins DH forks. Length - 515mm total - Rear extension 330mm, front extension 185mm Weight - 125g, without fittings. Following the tried and tested tyre hugging design of our MTB Mudhuggers the GravelHugger is designed to fit most fork + wheel + tyre combo's for your Gravel Bikes. To reduce single use plastic waste, and make fitting and removing easier, the GravelHugger is supplied with nitrile O-rings (70mm sizes for flat blade type and 50mm for traditional round steel forks). Suitable for 700c (Max tyre width 42mm) and 650b wheels (Max tyre width 50mm) depending on wheel/tyre/fork combination. Zipties (sold separately) can be utilised if you'd prefer to fit and leave on at all times. 2 x 70mm and 4 x 50mm O-rings. 2 x 100x20mm helitape Helitape supplied to protect inside of forks where the GravelHugger could scratch the paint.

Building on the award winning, tried and tested Rear Mudhugger design, we have now added 3 signficant improvemnts over the original 2012 Rear Mudhugger design. 1. Utilising reusable quick release velcro straps to fit to the helitape protected seat stays makes fitting and removing a matter of seconds. 2. Where the Mudhugger 'sits' on the seat stays we have incorporated rubber inserts which aid grip and improves damping. 3. An all new push fit BB extender. Designed to protect bearings and the BB area from mud and debris build up, in even the most extreme conditions. This has been designed to be as thin as possible so that it can be easily trimmed to suit most bike rear triangle designs*. The LARGE version is designed for bikes with a seat stay angle of below 28 degrees down to 22 degrees. Can be fitted to 'most' mountain bikes with disc brakes, even with external cables and hoses. Length - 775mm. Width - 105mm. BB Extension - 230mm long x 80mm wide Weight - 300g excluding fittings.

Designed and made in the UK from 100% recycled black polypropylene. Following the tried and tested rear Mudhugger design, will fit most bike frame seat stays (with angles approx 40-55 degrees) and designed for tyres up to 50mm wide. The Rear GravelHugger is designed to be attached to the bike (disc brakes only) with zipties as these afford the most secure way to fitting. See fitting vid below, fitting the new GH is the same as our tried and tested MTB Rear Mudhugger :)

Ideal for most 26" hardtail and full suspension frames, along with 27.5" hardtail frames. The Small Rear Mudhugger is all but mandatory for those sloppy rides. Keep the mud off your back, stay dry and spend more time on the bike!
