The GP grip with a full-size comfort bar end delivers maximum hand positions, increased leverage, and stability when climbing or during out-of-the-saddle cycling when touring or on fitness bikes. The bar end angle can be adjusted independently from the angle of the grip for the perfect personal fit and the bar end doubles as a clamp to lock the grip in place and prevent movement while riding. We tested as many grips as we could, took extensive notes, and then went to the drawing board to create what would ultimately become our favorite lock-on grip to date. Grips are sorta like underwear; everyone has a preference and no choice is better than the other. The Icon grip is the perfect blend of soft and grippy to cut down on arm fatigue and keep your hands glued to the bars when things get rough. Why throw away perfectly good lock rings when the only thing that needs replacing is the rubbers? We decided to split up the rings and grips to allow you more flexibility when purchasing and cut down on wasteful practices.

Ergon's GA2 Fat is for riders with large hands or high demands for damping, offering extra thick circumference. The ergonomically optimized form allows reduced force while gripping, because the grip zones are matched to the hand, allowing greater control on demanding trails. The inner construction varies in thickness allowing for greater damping without loss of control.
