The Loop Junk Strap is the same 120cm woven nylon strap with a stainless steel buckle that Surly's regular junk strap is. The Loop Style Junk Strap, however, has a loop sewn at each end of the strap so you can wrap them around small diameter tubing like that used for racks and handlebars. The Mounting Set Toptube-Bag is not only included as standard with the Toptube-Bag but is also suitable for retrofitting the Fuel-Pack and other bags. One of the two rails is mounted directly on the bicycle, and the other on the bag you want to attach. By simply clicking in and out, you can use the bag flexibly. If there are no threaded eyelets available or you want to position the Mounting Set in a frame location where threaded eyelets are generally not present, there's no problem either - screwless mounting of the Mounting Set is also possible with the rubberized straps.
